Assistant Service Leader: Permanent Part Time – 5 days per week

Living Faith Lutheran Kindergarten is seeking to employ an Assistant Service Leader permanent, part-time capacity (five days per week) commencing late May 2024.

The successful candidate will:

• hold (or be working towards) an approved Diploma level education and care qualification or equivalent;

• assist the Manager – Children’s Services in nurturing, strengthening, guiding and encouraging staff within the Service;

• ensure the Service is compliant with all relevant legislation;

• perform all responsibilities in an ethical and transparent manner incorporating moral principles of honesty and trust and declaring any conflicts of interest that may arise.

A passion and aptitude for collaboration and resourcefulness will be viewed particularly favourably by the employment panel.
